The Serial Killers Book Club meets regularly to discuss their favourite murder mysteries. Little do they know that shortly they’ll be plotting something nefarious of their own.
It seems pretty easy for Judy and her book club to solve murders over a glass of wine and some treats. They’ve been doing it for a long time. But when Wendy, the librarian who gets their books set for the club, ends up missing, Judy sets out to find her. She discovers Wendy dead in her own home. The police rule the death accidental, but Judy is not convinced and sets out to find out what was going on in Wendy’s life that led to her death.

Little does she realize where that path will take her and the book club…and it’s dangerously close to home.
If you’re a fan of Robert Thorogood’s The Marlow Murder Club, Richard Osman’s Thursday Murder Club or Only Murders in the Building, The Book Club Murders will introduce you to a new group of amateur sleuths to cheer on.
I must note that the narrator for this title, Jilly Bond, was the perfect choice. She gave a topnotch performance.
