American ex-pats Tabitha Knight and Julia Child are stepping away from the kitchen in this newest mystery by Colleen Cambridge. If France is famous for something other than their cuisine, it’s their fashion.
When Tabitha and Julia attend a private showing at fashion atelier, Maison Lannet, they enjoy the event. Tabitha returns later to retrieve a forgotten glove and finds the couturier dead. She’s been strangled by a length of lace. Some suspect a rival, perhaps even Dior. And then a second body is found and it looks like Maison Lannet employees are the target of a killer.

Colleen Cambridge has created another intriguing mystery and is developing the secondary characters in this series nicely with their own sub-plots.
Always a joy to read a mystery by this author and I look forward to the next in the series.
